What is Swarovski crystal?
Swarovski produces crystals of the finest quality. The company’s name has become synonymous with genuine crystal. Swarovski’s specialized manufacturing processes, together with the highest quality raw materials, guarantee the highest possible degree of precision, component quality, consistency and unmatched brilliance. Swarovski crystal is produced at the company’s traditional production plant in Wattens, Austria, where each crystal is subject to the most stringent quality controls. The exact recipe and the proportion of quartzs, sand, and minerals remain a company secret that is part of the legacy of the brand.
The pearls used in the Swarovski Fashion jewelry collection are simulated pearls and are not natural. Crystal Pearls by Swarovski are pearls made with a crystal core. Their unparalleled harmonious and lustrous shimmer is achieved using a unique coating technology developed by Swarovski. It is the first production method in the world to combine the quality of a perfect crystal core with the exquisite beauty of a pearl coating. The innovative technology by Swarovski gives the pearl a mysterious glow, which appears to be radiating from within the pearl itself. The strictest quality controls help ensure the absolute flawlessness of each Crystal Pearl.

All metal parts are tone plated. The nickel content adheres to European norms and is tested for nickel allergy. The metal parts are mostly gold- and rhodium- tone plated. In some cases, they are also palladium tone-plated and with a PVD-coated base metal.

Crystal Swan in partnership with Swarovski offers a full statutory warranty for pieces purchased from authorized Swarovski retailers. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects due to normal wear and use. Each defective product under warranty will be examined and evaluated by Swarovski’s technical experts. Depending on the circumstances, the product may be repaired, replaced with the same product, or substituted with a product of comparable value. Unfortunately, in the case of a product substitution, Swarovski is unable to guarantee that the exact same product or design will be provided. Swarovski will not repair, replace, or substitute any goods that have been, in the company’s opinion, subject to an accident, normal wear and tear, abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence, or misuse. If a piece is not covered by the terms of the Swarovski warranty policy, the company may offer a repair service subject to a fee. Please note that a defective piece can only be repaired if:
  1. The product is a genuine Swarovski product with accompanying proof of purchase from Swarovski or an authorised Swarovski retailer.
  2. The repair is feasible – it must be possible to bring the product back to its original condition
  3. Spare parts are still available (this is usually not the case if a product is out of production) If you would like to replace or repair an item, please bring the product in its original packaging to an authorized Swarovski retailer.
Our online availability is indicated with the “Add to cart” button, if the button isn’t displayed it’s because we are unable to fulfill it at the moment. For unavailable products you may opt to receive notification if the product comes back in stock, for that please click on “notify me” button on the product details page and add your email address​ It is possible that in some rare instances, a product may show availability on our website, however it may be simultaneously sold in-store. If the items are sold-out, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
Our promotions always have set validity periods and once the end date has passed, either the discount voucher codes automatically stop functioning or the standard price returns.​ Orders placed before a promotion is released cannot be altered to take advantage of the newest promotion
We work hard to process your order and get your purchases out for delivery quickly and efficiently. An order cancelation may be possible within 15 minutes (approximately) of receipt of your order confirmation. To cancel an order, please log in to your customer account, then search the relevant order amid your order history and click the “cancel order” button. If the cancelation is still possible you will be asked to confirm the action. If the cancelation button is greyed out inactive, your order can’t be changed or canceled at this stage. In case you ordered as a guest and you are within 15 minutes of receipt of your order confirmation, please contact us immediately via phone or chat (during opening hours) and our customer service team will do every effort to process your request.
