Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 10:00am will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Standard delivery time: 3-5 business days after processing and shipping
Standard shipping cost (Nairobi) per product/item: KES 900
Standard shipping cost (Upcountry) per product/item: KES 1,500
Standard shipping cost (Out of Zone) per product/item: KES 2,000

Crystal Swan, authorized Swarovski retailer, ensures that all products sold/released/dispatched are in perfect condition and packing and therefore accepts no further liability once the items are collected in-store for onward deliveries.
Orders placed on weekends and national holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Crystal Swan is unable to deliver to PO boxes. Items remain the property of Crystal Swan Limited until receipt of final payment.
Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen irregularities on the part of our delivery partners. Crystal Swan can assume no liability in such cases.
We do not ship orders or schedule deliveries on national holidays therefore deliveries may take longer than expected during these periods.
It is not always possible to change the delivery address or delivery date once the parcel is in transit. You might have the possibility to organize the delivery of your parcel in the most suitable way for you, by utilizing our delivery partners’ web portal/customer service lines.
Delivery to another country/geographical region is not possible.
Can I do a return?
Sometimes it’s just not right, if your item wasn’t what you expected, don’t worry, you have up to 7 days after receipt to return the item.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in a new unused condition; we reserve the right not to accept the return if the product shows signs of wear.
- All products returned must include all original packaging materials and tags
- All items purchased as part of a set, or a part of a promotional offer must all be returned.
The below items are non-returnable:
- Personalized, adjusted to fit, customized, engraved products and made to order
- Gift cards/vouchers
- Writing Instruments and Accessories
- Products purchased from a different country
- Products purchased on SALE or at DISCOUNTED prices.
To initiate the return, please email swarovski@crystalswan.co.ke with details of your order number and a brief explanation for the return. Please note that we do not offer cash/payment refunds and a gift voucher and/or credit will be allocated for the value of the purchase to your account. This is not transferable. Costs related to return and or replacement of orders by form of using delivery services or other methods are bourne by the Customer. Products purchased online that you wish to return must be ‘Returned to Store’.
Due to various reasons (including, without limitation, different jewelry collections in USA, Asia, Europe, and for our Travel Retail business, different taxes, different price structure, local legal requirements, logistic reasons) Crystal Swan Ltd, authorized Swarovski retailer, does not have an international exchange or refund policy. As a result, we are thus unable to exchange, substitute, or refund products purchased abroad
